1. La Sa Tom (Vietnamese - Curry Coconut Soup w/ Rice Noodles & Shrimp)
2. Chicken Korma (Indian - Boneless Chicken w/ Creamy Almond Sauce)
3. Guacamole and fresh tortilla chips
4. Chicken Parmesan w/ Fettucine Alfredo
