Hmm… I’d say the owner was abducted by aliens. The tractor-beam didn’t work on the shoes. Great picture!

great shot and I like the lightings/colors
is this near Madison Square Garden? I have seen that sign about the sitting on steps and the square lights right in fronts of Borders. I could be wrong seeming how New York can look so different at night.
