As for me I’ve always been a bit out of step myself. It’s not that I’m on working on the next great thing, it’s just the way I am.
I was in a cell phone store one day, and a woman was getting her 11 year old a phone for her birthday.
The little girl didn’t want any of the hot models. She just happened to pick one very similar to my own.
“I like this, ” she told her mom “It’s not like everyone else’s”
“I like to be different too, ” I told her.
Her mom looked at at us both, and shook her head.
“Don’t understand why she doesn’t want one like mine. Everyone has one so that means it’s got to be good.”
